About IROSE 

Founded in 2018, iRose is a construction company built on a vision of resilience, community, and excellence. The name "IROSE" symbolizes rising together—both as a company and as a community. What started as a passion for rehabilitating homes in underdeveloped neighborhoods has evolved into a thriving commercial subcontracting business, specializing in selective demolition, framing, drywall, and concrete.

 

Our Founder: Elmer’s Story

Born and raised in New Jersey, our CEO grew up watching and learning from his family through summer jobs that helped him gain hands-on construction experience. While living in South Florida, Elmer's work in environmental drilling and his entrepreneurial mindset led him to run a remodeling business. 

 

In 2016, a visit to Alabama opened Elmer’s eyes to new opportunities. Seeing the potential in the affordable housing market, he followed his intuition. In 2018, he moved to Alabama with his family to launch iRose Construction.

 

The early days were challenging. But persistence paid off. Through strong relationships and a commitment to quality, iRose built a reputation for delivering exceptional work.

 

As the housing market shifted, Elmer pivoted the company into the commercial sector, focusing on subcontracting services. By building relationships with major general contractors, bidding on smaller projects, and consistently exceeding expectations, iRose became a go-to subcontractor in Alabama, also serving, Mississippi, Tennessee, and northern Florida.

 

Today, iRose is known for its reliability, high-quality craftsmanship, and steady growth. The company’s mission is to continue expanding, becoming the best-known subcontractor in Alabama and beyond.
